Shipping Policy

Shipment options: Registered / Express (depending on the service zone)

Thai orders: Thai Post (Registered 2-5 days) / EMS (Express 1-3 days)

International orders: Thai Post (Register 3-10 days) / DHL (Express 2-8 days) / FedEx (Express 2-8 days)

Shipping lead time depending on the receiver’s country zone 

After the order has been placed, we will ship the product in 1-3 working days (excluding holidays)

Tracking numbers will be sent automatically through email or Line.

Payment options: Thai QR bank transfer (0% fee), Thai QR credit card (2.7% fee), SCB easy deeplink bank transfer (0% fee), SCB easy deeplink credit card (2.7% fee), Thai bank transfer (0% fee) and credit card (2.7%).

*Please note that all international orders shipping outside of Thailand are subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.

Clear communication before purchasing can prevent spending energy, money and time on returns or exchanges. Please raise any question you may have to us at your earlier convenience.

In case of defective claims, unworn or unwashed items can only be exchanged within 5 days of receipt. Your item must be in the original packaging.  Your item needs to have the sales receipt or proof of purchase. No items may be refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

In case that the customer changes their mind or wants to change the size or color, we accept exchange of products. However, the product must be unworn or unwashed within 5 days of receipt. Your item must be in the original packaging with product tag. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping fee for return and reship the order are the responsibility of the customer in all cases.

In case of having given us the wrong address and/or wanting to reship the order to another address, shipping fees for returning and reshipping the order are the responsibility of the customer in all cases.

All products can be exchanged according to the above criteria and the cost (excluding shipping fee) must not be lower than that of the original order. Refunds are not accepted in all cases.
